Imagine Yourself Right Where You Are: Mindfulness
and Yoga
with
Jeffry Clark and Kathleen Rose
June 8 & 9, 2012
Within stillness there is
compelling activation and within dynamic movement there is profound stillness. Indulge in this experiential
discovery of your well-being in the present moment as we investigate the
foundations of mindfulness practice; Breath/Body, Feeling, Mind, Emotions with
Yoga asana.
Everything is Yoga. Our
breath is the bridge to unity. It is sacred and gives us this life.
Our movement, focus and
intention on and off the mat can ignite our strength, calm and still our
overactive mind, inspire creative impulses and instill a comfort with the idea
of simply being.

Kathleen Rose has been
studying and practicing zen Buddhism and mindfulness meditation for over 15
years. She has come to understand and trust the practice of compassionately paying
attention to the body. In learning how to truly be with what arises in every moment,
as experienced in the bodymind, there is freedom, delight and the knowledge
that there is nothing missing and nothing needed. In her private practice,
Mindful Living, she teaches individuals and groups how to integrate mindfulness
into everyday life to transform fear and discover true contentment and peace.
Jeffry Clark has
developed his personal expression through yoga for more than 17 years. His
travels alongside senior teachers, as well as his background in dance, Yoga
Trance Dance, and healing bodywork contribute to the evolution of his potent
and balanced
classes. Within these,
breath initiates movement and movement reflects Prana. Exploring pulsation and intelligent
sequencing we build strength, stamina and receptivity that moves us into the
inherent rhythm and dance of Yoga, the salutation to Life.
